"My earliest memories are shaped by running barefoot through nature in Colombia. Wherever I go, I long for that connection to the earth. I chase it with my camera—stepping into texture, into light, into the feeling of a place. Through silk, those impressions become the trees, the mountains, the oceans and sky that I want to immerse myself in every day." — Carmen Molina

CARMEN is the creative studio of Carmen Molina, where photographic compositions evolve into printed silk garments, artworks, and layered visual stories. Each piece emerges from an ongoing practice rooted in texture, memory, and form.

Every design begins with photographs captured in the raw—textural impressions drawn from natural and urban landscapes across the world. These images are layered, reimagined, and transformed into abstract works that move across surface and shape.

Some become limited-edition prints on paper—Fujiflex, cotton, mulberry. Others are printed on silk to be lived in: as garments, home objects, or future compositions assembled from what remains.

At the heart of the practice is a single thread: translating emotion and environment through print, allowing each piece—whether worn, installed, or framed—to carry memory, rhythm, and place.

CARMEN is where photography becomes texture. Where silk becomes story. Where luxury is meant to be lived in.
