About Static

Silk is a natural fiber and may occasionally develop static in very dry environments or during sudden changes in temperature. A light steam or gentle mist of water will allow the fabric to relax and fall naturally. As it gets worn, the silk usually settles and static rarely returns.

Complimentary FedEx 2-Day shipping within the United States.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery occurs within 2 business days.

RETURNS

United States

U.S. orders may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us directly. A prepaid FedEx return label will be provided.

 

International 

International returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping.
We recommend using an insured courier and clearly marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.

 

Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.


 

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return has been received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once your return has been received.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

A deposit is required to secure your order and initiate production.
